Where do I check my order status?

Can I use more than one discount per order?
No, you may only use one discount per order.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Before your order is shipped, you can change or cancel your order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your order has already been processed to ship, we are unable to change or cancel your order. You are more than welcome to return the product/s to us within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.
How will you process pre-orders?
If an item is marked as "Pre-Order," this item is not available to ship yet.
We will email you with the estimated delivery date range. Please be aware that dates are approximate and are subject to change.
Your credit card will be charged at the time that your order is placed to hold your spot in line.

Yes, we ship internationally.
Worldwide: Free express worldwide shipping for orders over $299.00 USD
$25 flat shipping fee for orders below $299.00 USD
Delivery time is dependent on Customs Clearance/Local Postal Agent.
The customer is responsible for any duty or tax-related costs.

What do I do if the package is lost or delayed?
If you think that your package is lost or delayed, please email email@example.com with your order number, and we will review the information to see how we can best assist you.
Normally, we will file a shipping claim and wait for the investigation.
